Seafood
Barrtra has been serving scrumptious seafood since 1988 by the O’Brien family. Found three and a half kilometres from Lahinch, the County Clare picturesque seaside village, this cosy and comfortable dining room looks out onto lovely views of Liscannor bay on the wild west coast of Ireland.
Besides the fantastic seafood that is served here, customers can also enjoy meat and vegetarian dishes, ensuring that everyone’s taste palettes are satisfied. Serving up lunch and dinner meals, Barrtra was awarded the Seafood Restaurant of the Year in 2002 by Georgina Campbell Guide.
Inside the award winning restaurant scenic paintings by Limerick artist Brian McMahon decorate the interior, while there is a lovely garden filled with colourful flowers outdoors for people to enjoy. With staggering views of an amazing landscape, Barrtra Seafood Restaurant is a place to enjoy wonderful scenery alongside delicious food.
