Founded back in 1934, the Kilrush Golf Club has since been re-designed by Dr Arthur Spring in 1994. The contemporary course makes use of its interesting natural terrain by using the water, sand bunkers and trees throughout. Not only is it somewhat of a challenge, but the course is a natural beauty. Be sure to take a little extra time at the ninth hole in particular. Surrounded on three sides by water, it’s the course highlight! We also recommend being aware of the hazardous Irish wind on the last five holes – it can often be a challenge to compete against!
At the on-site clubhouse you will find a restaurant where you can relax after a hard game and enjoy a refreshing drink with friends. There is also an exciting menu to tempt your taste buds.
