1201 ReviewsDiscover the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Ennis, and the Burren National Park – a perfect blend of nature, history, and Irish culture in one unforgettable trip!
This family-run business in Ennistymon, County Clare, has been thriving since it first opened its doors in 1998. The restaurant is owned by Richard and Mary Byrne as an extension of their hotel accommodation, located on the same site. The hotel is in an Edwardian townhouse and whilst it is situated centrally on Main Street, the restaurant has a vantage point across the river Cullenagh. This provides excellent views of the cascading water and old stone bridge from the restaurant terrace.
The menu is focused on vegan and vegetarian specialties inspired by French and Irish flavours. These dishes are a real modern treat and perfect for all tastes and any type of diner, vegetarian or otherwise. They are now open all day, serving both lunch and dinner, with a wide variety of sandwiches and snacks around midday with a full waiter service.
It is child friendly and perfect for large groups celebrating an occasion or special event. It is a contemporary space with a very welcoming feel as Richard and Mary do their best to talk to every customer and ensure everyone enjoys their meal.
