Cherry Tree Restaurant
Countyclare
Every year since 2001 the Cherry Tree Restaurant in County Clare has been recommended by the Michelin Guide Rouge for Ireland. The award-winning menu is crafted by Head Chef Harry McKeogh under the instruction of the world-renowned Johnny Cooke.
The high quality food is matched perfectly by the atmosphere and surroundings, with a natural water view from the dining room. The restaurant can serve up to 60 people in one sitting. It is formal enough to bring clients for lunch but also to come with your family at the weekend.
The menu is centered around traditional delicious delicacies. McKeogh does not strive to break the mould with wild inventions; he just ensures that popular classics are done to an amazingly high standard. The menu features scallops, Tipperary sirloin steak, tender crab or a rack of Limerick lamb. The ingredients are sourced in season, meaning that the menu moves with the times and suits the palate for every time of year.
