Directions to Mogul Emperor Balti & Tandoori Restaurant
The Mogul Emperor Balti and Tandoori is considered by many as the best Indian restaurant in Limerick. So the owners have expanded their horizons and opened a sister restaurant in Ennis, County Clare. The restaurant is still traditionally decorated with Indian tapestries and carpet hanging on the walls, large gilded picture frames and ornamental wall candles. This traditional décor does feel a little dated but also adds to the charm.
The food served is to a very high standard and exceptional value for money. The menu always offers plenty of variety with dishes all the way along the mild to hot spectrum, ensuring there is something for every taste. The chefs will even tailor dishes to a particular level of spice if guests specify their requirements. Or they will make items that do not appear on the menu. This level of attentiveness means visitors keeping coming back. Favourite dishes are the mirch kebab, which is tandoori cooked chicken with black pepper and yoghurt. Or the tandoori prawns for those who prefer fish.
The Mogul Emperor provides takeaway service as well as eat in. They are also able to cater for large parties when booked in advance.
