Description

There are many things to see and do in Killarney, a beautiful town in County Kerry, Ireland. You can enjoy the scenic landscapes, historic attractions, and lively culture of the town and its surroundings. Visit the Torc Waterfall a stunning waterfall that cascades from a height of 20 meters, surrounded by lush greenery and woodland trails. We will go around Killarney National Park, a vast and diverse park that covers over 26,000 acres of land, encompassing mountains, lakes, forests, and gardens. You can explore the park by foot, and see the wildlife and flora that inhabit the area. You will also visit some of the historic and cultural attractions within the park, such as Ross Castle, Muckross House, Muckross Abbey, and the Gap of Dunloe. You can walk or get a jaunting car to visit the Killarney House and Gardens, a historic house and gardens on the doorstep of Killarney town centre, offering a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. The house and gardens are a gateway to the wonders of Killarney National Park, with stunning views of Lough Leane, and the McGillycuddy Reeks. Killarney House dates from the early 1700s and was originally the stable block of the first residence of the Earls of Kenmare1. The house was rebuilt several times after being damaged by fire and war, and was eventually donated to the Irish state in 1978. The house and gardens have been carefully restored to their former glory and is now the visitor centre for Killarney National Park. See the beauty of St. Mary’s Cathedral, a Roman Catholic cathedral in County Kerry, Ireland. It is a beautiful and historic building that was designed by the renowned English architect Augustus Welby Pugin, who also worked on the Houses of Parliament in London1. The cathedral was built between 1842 and 1855, and is considered to be one of the most important and best Gothic Revival churches of the 19th century in Ireland. Cathedral Killarney is a great place to visit if you are interested in architecture, history, or religion. Experience hassle-free private luxury transportation around Killarney National Park.
