Ciunas Centre, The Old Creamery, Feakle, Co. Clare, Ireland

Ciúnas Centre is a wellness and complementary therapy centre at The Old Creamery in Feakle, County Clare. It provides a calm, confidential setting for people seeking time for self-care, recovery and personal wellbeing. The centre is designed for those who may need affordable support over a short period or as part of a longer-term approach to physical and mental health.

Its services include a broad range of hands-on and complementary therapies. Massage therapy, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, reflexology and foot-based treatments form part of the offering, alongside craniosacral therapy, Reiki, sound healing, systematic kinesiology and the Metamorphic Technique. Counselling and life coaching are also available, giving the centre a broader wellbeing focus than a treatment room alone.

The atmosphere is centred on quiet, reflection and confidential support. Ciúnas Centre offers space for visitors to pause from everyday pressures, reconnect with themselves and work on resilience. The approach recognises wellbeing as an ongoing practice involving the body, mind and wider sense of balance, with qualified therapists providing guidance in a safe and supportive environment.

Alongside individual therapies, the centre hosts self-care classes and wellness workshops. These provide opportunities to explore practical approaches to wellbeing in a shared learning setting, while the therapy and counselling services offer more private support. The range makes the centre suitable for anyone looking for gentle, structured help with relaxation, recovery, emotional wellbeing or personal development.

Facilities are fully accessible, and the centre welcomes people who need an affordable place for self-care. Appointments and enquiries can be made by email, telephone, text or WhatsApp. The Old Creamery setting gives Ciúnas Centre a distinct community-based character, with wellness services provided in a dedicated local venue rather than a conventional spa or leisure facility.
