Fancy taking on the surf in the Atlantic Ocean? Then for lessons or equipment call into Debbie and Stuart at the oldest surf school in Lahinch. The west of Ireland has gained a well deserved reputation for the best surfing in Europe and Lahinch has played a huge part in that.
Visitors to Lahinch can benefit from the experience built up by Debbie and Stuart over 30 years. They offer a full rental service from The Green Room shop at the top of the Prom and you can find equipment to suit your level. equipment is available to purchase as well as hire.
As well as equipment they offer lessons for all levels. All instructors are qualified and only operate on a 1 instructor 6 students ratio. You can book a lesson at the shop and lessons are 1 hour 45 minutes water time and 15 minutes beach time.
You can book a family lesson or just a lesson for the kids. Children will be taken from the age of 5 up and will be put into a group appropriate to their age.
